At 8:10 onwards... you get to see the Ercoupe LOSE the FRONT NOSE TIRE. Bet this one's really cheap.

I see more 150 and 172 at my local airports than any other in my area

Good luck finding a Cherokee 140 for $21,000. Maybe 10-15 years ago. You'd be lucky to find one for less than $50,000 right now.

Jet? Irritating he calls them jets. None are jets. Also, you should at least double the prices stated. I've flown 3 of the listed planes and currently own one. The list of affordable airplanes is not wrong, but the info on each airplane is poorly researched and there are quite a few inaccuracies (e.g. lycoming engine on the C170, should be continental engine). Don't mean to be too critical.

Absolutely insane how affordable planes are becoming. I feel like we'll all be flying soon enough. lol

How old is this video? You would be lucky to find a 172 for under $75,000 a 150( that hasn't been hammered to death by student pilots doing crash and gos) is over 30. Don't forget insurance. That Mooney, for an accident free pilot with 1100 hrs. is over $4000 / year. I really hate misinformation.

Meaningless fluff descriptions. No useful specs for most entries on this list. And the prices given...pretty far from reality. This video wasn't ready yet.
