Big RANT !!!!!! Which company ??? You can't just calculate the Cost of the materials .... What about the cost of design, engineering, tools, labor, insurance, and many other expenses. Why don't you do it and let us know how much cost and hours it took to build it? I think you need to go back to BUSH !!!!~~~~~~~

Congratulations Tom . Your correct planning is good but for those who become injured and receive SSDI. It's a little different. Like for me im physically not able to work therefore my only income is SSDi. Anyway yes people need to prep, plan and most importantly have God and Jesus in their lives. Have a blessed day Tom..

I'm already retired and the wife will be joining me next year. So we are actually already talking about a second career as a truck diving team. Neither of us have any health problems that would prevent us from doing that and we aren't interested in traveling the world or playing golf everyday. So we figured we could make some descent money, live on the road and live like kings while traveling the country coast to coast!

That SS program was for the baby boomers. That is why you must fight for your rights, to have SS past 2034 it has to be refunded then. The money is running out. VOTE!!!!!

I’m 50 years old. I’m sure if I reach 62 it will be gone the way this country has paid out our money to other countries. I think it should be the right to pay in if you want to.

I have a question about weight distribution on a small converted van that might be affecting steering and tire wear. I have built a microcamper on a Promaster city van. I weight 250lbs and am most often alone. Because I need the passenger side clear for a bed and because i have an oversized starter battery, a house battery, water storage and appliances there might be a 300 to 500 lb weight disparity between sides of the van, but much of it is behind the rear wheels. I dont visually see a difference, but do often feel she pulls to the left. How big of a deal is this on a van that weights 3500 lb curb weight?

Handheld sprayer for lattice is a must, hit a few feet at a time and then run through it with 2 1/2 in horsehair backbrushing, save 2-4 hours. I prefer roll n brush for spindles but it’s too time intensive for lattice + just using the brush creates an inconsistent color distribution

Those blaming him have NEVER dealt w issues such as this. He was asked to repair something that was NOT installed correctly in the 1st place. And in most cases people want the lesser of 2 evils if possible. Water is only good for thirsry people, animals and plants... it'll ruin anything elese. Water ALWAYS finds a way. Poor grade and drainage and a damaged gutter above allows water to pool where it shouldnt.

What do you do? As a 30 subcontractor I've dealt with more issues builder related than I can count. A builder only has to warranty their work and ALL hired subs for 12 months. After that it's all on the homeowner. So many cut corners you usually don't see any issues till well past 12 months. If your not in the trades then just shutty yo mouthy...

There is a company that you can order organic foods you'll have to look it up can't explain it here but it's called Azure see if they have a drop location near you. Good job but (always a but): most all U.S. foods,even those labeled organic, are adulterated.FYI: the absolute worse ingredient in non-home prepared food is MSG. It's in everything.Wife and I have been eating our organic garden vegetables. We grew them so I KNOW they are organic. Night and day difference in taste and quality versus purchased vegetables. Only true organic meat products available are animals you find in the wild, shoot,dress,and eat. Deer,wild hog,fowl,small game. That's it. Organic beef in the U.S. can (and does) contain injected hormones and anti-biotics.

Studies have shown NO Advantage to "Organic", it's just a money grab. The diet change is legit though. Also be careful with the vitamins and supplements. Let your blood work be the guide. No upside to over taking vitamins and minerals, in fact it may be worse for you. And the worse addiction is SUGAR. Thats the big one! Pure poison. Rock on! PS Keep up on those cancer screenings as well.
