I prepared halwa in same way and it turned out to be exactly same .. so yummy.. thanks

Muzhe aaj bhi mere Bachapan ke woh din yad hai, jab mai Gurudware me jaya karati thi to Bilkul yaisa Hi kada prasad khati thi.... 🙏🙏

Sir aapki recipe no doubt 100 percent tasty hoti hai..lekin aapke itne positive, gentle or kind nature se recipes 110 percent tasty hojati hongi. 🤗 just loved the dish. Happy Gurupurab..🙏🙏

This is the way to cook prashad but kada prashad is made only when in gurudwara in front of Shri guru granth sahib ji with ardas and bog ceremony.

In my experience, ideal ratio of ingredients should be 1:1:2:4 for aata, ghee, sugar and water. Be dissolve sugar in water and add boiling syrup to cooked aata.

I tried it just now as per video. The proportion mentioned here is correct and even then Halwa was sweet. 2 cup of sugar to 1 cup of Aata will taste very very sugary. I don't know he got nearly orange colour just by roasting though. I roasted on medium low for 20 minutes first and then 15 minutes after adding sugar but Aata didn't change colour as shown. P.s. Colour could be due to type of ghee or Aata used as it wasn't yellowish when I started. I used Amul ghee which is not very yellow and ashirwad Aata which is nearly white.

I tried it today with d chefs ratio. It just didnt turn out grainy like in d video infact i had to add more ghee. Tastewise awesome . Dont know why mine didnt turn out like his, i roasted d atta for like ever till it gets d colour 🤣😅😊. I used khapli atta.
