► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️2 Circuits
✔️3 Moves Per Circuit (done in our A/B/A format)
✔️Timed Intervals (perform each move for 40 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest).
✔️Repeat each circuit x 2 sets
►Workout Outline:
CIRCUIT ONE:
A: Crossbody Knee + Toe Crunch
B: Hollow Rock Knee Hugs
