2 time Olympian and #12 ranked PTO athlete Aaron Royle is preparing for the PTO US Open taking place on August 5th in Milwaukee - at high altitude in Font Romeu. He's been putting in some huge weeks and we joined him on one of his toughest run workouts, 2 weeks and 2 days before race day.
The workout: 10 x 800m with 200m jog recovery (under 1min)

The last training session we filmed leading into a PTO event, the 3 athletes filmed placed 1-2-3. Aaron should win this one 🥇

Recovery is 200m jog in about 50-55sec / Aaron mentions a few times in the video

When I sit for few minutes in squat position and stand up there is pain in my knee back side. I can not straighten my leg for few second. What can I do to get rid of it

That’s a hamstring issue, stretch ice and compression on your hamstring and glute should help

Yes. Stretching one's flute can help with stress.
Can’t be any worse then the forerunner 955. On my third one under warranty. Heart rate tracking is garbage. Sleep tracking is garbage. HRV tracking is garbage. GPS accuracy is decent. Overall, it’s a POS. My old 935 does a way better job.
