We became very close and we both knew we loved each other forever. Every time I hear this song I remember our loss. I'll always be grateful for what we had and know one day we'll be together again. Now that he's older, he listens to this and has gained an appreciation for it. So it's just a nostalgic memory of listening to this music with his own family. Although the confusion is understandable with the way it's worded, I don't think he's saying that Neville is actually his dad, lol. PS. If his name is "Tetevano," that would seem to imply some Polynesian ancestry.

I know exactly how you feel. My parents said one day I'd regret limiting my musical appreciation,in the 70's, was all rock music. And, the louder and harder the better. Anything else.not a chance. As usual, they were right.

This guy has a voice directly from God's choir. Rarely do I hear a voice that moves my spirit just by hearing it. Thank you Mr. Neville for sharing with the entire world your amazing voice.

The later GREAT George Jones was my Mama's favorite singer in the world. She LOVED him SO SO SO much! I have to say I that Aaron did a great version of this song. I know, I saw him say it, that George would be PROUD and HONORED that you did his song!! So BEAUTIFUL!! Both men have/had such POWERFUL voices that tell stories in song that bring you too tears!! Aaron has a voice of smooth silk and true emotion!! His story is very similar to George. Aaron's voice at the end of this song gives me chills it's so beautiful!! He really can sing many types of music!! I wish would sing more country songs. He has the voice with the ability to tell the story and make you feel it!!

That was a SAD SAD day for me. My Mama's been gone for years, so I cried for her and I for him. She would have cried like a baby. She and I got to meet him and go on his bus with him. You would have thought she lost a relative she was crying so hard she could hardly speak to him!! It was priceless!! Her name to was Nancy, just like his last love , Nancy. Thanks for sharing too!!

I prefer his SUPPORTED country sound better. I studied voice and supporting the voice is a LOT harder. My teacher said: "You should be able to hold a dime between your cheeks." Mean I g your butt. The column of air that supports the voice starts there.

I love him singing this George Jones song he has an amazing voice I could never forget.He does an amazing job! Love the video too. I listened to this song when I was a teenager, my aunt use to play it on her record player on her 45's oh yeah. Just love it! ❤ Great job Aaron 👏 👍 👌 🙌
