A5 Tofu Wagyu is now REAL

I wanted to make a super juicy, meaty, textured piece of tofu that could be given the name A5 Tofu Wagyu... and I think I nailed it!!
This is a combination of tofu and seitan or wheat meat and WOW does it come out meaty!

So I know this one is a long process. I always enjoy it but I know a lot of people wish things were easier. Maybe some steps could be shortened, or omitted, but I think it all adds to the realism. What should I try next?

Why don’t you try it with the jack fruit? Since it has the fibers you may be able to accomplish the actual look of the steak. I tried the jack fruit - not the pulp but the fiber part to make pulled chicken and it came out pretty good 😊

What's your process like when you do these recipes? I'm assuming you try stuff out with cameras off, but it also feels like your still experimenting. Just curious about the 'behind the scenes'

I'm wondering if this is a dish low in carbs? Looks super great but I'm watching my insulin closely.

Avoid refined carbs. Whole carbs are not an issue.
