Wow, this might be the perfect option for us! We have another baby coming in November and I plan to keep the Nanit monitor in the nursery so I can use the breathing band. I need another monitor (for what will be for the toddler) that will just monitor the whole room. Thanks so much for this, your review is what made me decide on the Nanit and we love it. great video. I currently have two nest and two Wyze camera testing them. It I like them I am going to ditch the nest because of Cost and ever since google took over Nest the customer service and speed of the App has slowed down. Also tired if having to log into google each time I want to see my cameras. Never had to do that when it was an app with a simple e-mail address. thanks Again.

I use my Wyze cam with echo show! You have to say (show me Wyze (name of cam) ! And it is perfect for my 3 year old and 1 year old playroom

Thanks for the great video! I’m looking for a sound activated camera that streams the video to my Echo Show. Is this something the WyzeCam 3 can do? Eg: Activate the camera when the baby cries and stream the video to EchoShow

I personally went with Miku for my monitor. My baby is also due in May. I love that it had no wearables and it's working great. I've tested it on my friend's baby multiple times.

Any comments in regards to security of the WyzeCam? Thanks, love the channel (and the course!)

Thanks for the great video! Does the Wyze Cam Pan/Tilt have an option for continuous background audio monitoring? I know the v3 doesn't, but wondering if the Pan/Tilt offers that....thanks!

Also, sorry one other quick q! We have the hatch plus which allows continuous audio monitoring, so if I were to pair this with the Wyze would it let me use both apps at the same time? Thank you for any advice you have!

Hello - the Pan Cam does not have continuous background audio but you should definitely be able to use the the hatch plus with the Wyze cam for background audio.

Which model would you say would be the better baby monitor? The v3 or the pan?

The v3. The pan is pretty audible when panning.

Curious if the prie increase is worth it for the wyze v3 vs v2? Also, I have never seen it priced at $25, where did you find this price point? It seems for the past few months it has always been at least $30.

Due to chip shortages to make the products, and coats going up due to the pandemic, prices went up. It originally was 19.99 plus tax and shipping for 26 and some change, recently got mine at home depot for 38 before tax which included a memory card

Also I have 4 v2 on my property covered in water proof tape, and 1 v3, the v3 surpasses the v2 with night vision and clarity that I am going to slowly replace all my v2 cams

Have you found a baby monitor camera for Google home or Alexa that does not drop off? after a couple of hours? The nest cam seems to disconnect after a while. Maybe overheating issues? I dont know

No - they might be better now but i haven’t found any that are worth the effort to link to another device.

Can you not get it off the wyze cam app? Cheaper there anyway.

Couldnt you just have the video streaming all night, to function as a baby monitor?

I use the nest cam as a baby monitor

Nice video as I suspected The nest is way the overpriced camera especially when there are so many cameras on the market
