When I feel low and dejected, it feels like I've felt this way all my life. And then I pick myself up and make positive changes to come out of it. But as soon as things start going well, I forget about the pain, make poor choices and get back into negative patterns of thinking again. And the cycle continues. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Leaving this comment even as I'm still watching the video - but I want to say thank you for making such a vulnerable and honest video that really resonated with me. I've been in a similar rut this week and it helped when a friend reminded me that I matter and can take up space (especially when disappointment makes you want to shrink and hole up). Rooting for you!

I've been working a job that isn't one of the best, I haven't been able to connect with the people there. And for that reason I find myself discouraged going to work but I'm trying to cheer myself up because I've been applying for other jobs and I'm hoping the next one will be better. I hope everything goes well for us. Thanks for the video Victoria 💖
