When I have a stuck plant I just use a butter knife to running around the edge like you would with a cake lol.

I’ve been using those for years and I love them….
You should put the moss pole in first, with soil in the bottom, then put your plant in. Much easier

My clear 15 inch moss poles like yours are awesome, however, going to the 24” ones I found they’re brittle, I kept breaking the tabs and the back cracked while trying to assemble them You need a butter knife around the inside rim of that first pot to loosen the soil around the roots to get it outta that pot, I was cringing as you yoinked on that coir pole lol It doesn’t look like Sol Soils ship to Canada? Weird

Those are honestly just more for support. Most of my plants I've switched to real moss and they're rooting into the pole!

She'll grow into her pole. I have used bamboo sticks and moss poles. But i think the wood stake I used on my new philodendron majesty looks the best. Definitely stronger than the bamboo stakes i have used. I think philodendrons need something stronger to be honest

My monstera is attached to a bamboo stick. It has wrapped its aerial root around the stick. I am soon gonna have to tie up my silver sword. It is still a baby but it is getting tall. 😊

I use those poles too. I don't think it's physically possible to get the pole into the pot without making a giant mess. Peeling the plastic is a pain in the ass, but I did try totally DIYing some poles with the wire mesh, and it's so much worse. AND the wire mesh poles dry out in like 1 day.
