I have written this dark screen sleep hypnosis for deep sleep session to help you wind down and relax, calm your busy mind and ease into a full night of uninterrupted sleep. Very often, our minds tend to race in the evenings and just before bed. The hypnotic language and the guided visualisations and imagery in this video will help distract your conscious mind and help you stop overthinking so that you can more easily drift into deep sleep.

This track blends guided sleep hypnosis, guided meditation and positive suggestions and/or imagery. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night. When you are able to prevent your mind from wandering into the future or into the past - especially when doing so creates anxiety - you are able to access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.
This audio track daily is safe and suitable for frequent listening - as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.

    5 and a half hour sleep I've never slept so long since afghan. I'm not sure if I feel any better or I'm not just shocked that I've slept with no dreams. Thank you Nick vinny

    I like the parts about how strong this will be don't operate vehicle and so on can you say a couple lines on how not many people get through this without sleeping b4 it's over good luck

    Evening nick x my insomnia has got very bad , I have stoped taking sleeping pills as I’m feeling I can not sleep at all 😴 I have a lot of Truma with losing my mum sister , and I don’t know what to do is there anything that you can recommen xxxx

    To anyone thinking “it won’t work for me” “I’ve tried everything” “I don’t even get tingles from asmr to fall asleep to anymore” It works.     Your voice is lovely.. and soothing.. but your intro is entirely too long. At the 8 minute mark I stopped listening to find another guided hypnosis that will get to to it more quickly. When trying to sleep, I want to get to trance state quickly. I honestly got frustrated with you. I’m leaving this not to be mean but to ask you to start your sleep hypnosis more quickly. I would listen to your voice endlessly if you didn’t set up the hypnosis for such a long time.

    Thank you for listening and taking the time to write. I entirely understand your opinion. I write these sessions so that as many people as possible will enjoy and benefit from them, including those who are not used to going into trance quickly. This is perhaps why the “introduction” as you call it seems a little longer. All I will say is that the words are all hypnotic so if you just allow them to wash over you, you might find you’ll absorb them in a slightly different way. But I will take your point on board and write a few sessions in the future that are more direct and quicker into the trance elements. Sleep well. Nick
