This track blends guided sleep hypnosis and meditation with positive suggestions, visualisation and imagery. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking. When you prevent your mind from wandering into the future or into the past - especially when doing so creates stress, anxiety or feelings of unease or upset - you are more easily able to access your subconscious. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive suggestions when you are in the trance state.
This audio track daily is safe and suitable for frequent listening. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.

    I pray that this works for me because I have had 4 hours sleep in 26 days my first 18 wasn't so bad but now I'm dreaming while awake and seeing things that just aren't there. I can't go through much more. I just sit here while day's are running together and trolling the Internet for help. I'm glad I came across this. I recently stopped taking pregablin and mirtazipine. It can't go on much longer.

    My 2 cents: I prefer “Tomorrow CAN be a better day than today”, rather than “WILL”, as honestly some days are worse than the day before… that's a statement I don't enjoy listening to as it is, ‘cause it creates high expectations on what tomorrow will be like 🤷‍♂️

The reason it’s “will” rather than “can” is that you’re looking to instruct your subconscious to change - and that’s most effective when you imply that the change is inevitable. Of course, there will always be things out of your control, but that doesn’t mean you can’t tell yourself that things will be better tomorrow. Hope that makes sense.
