Besides everything, the Clorox thing always got to me.. If they'd used ANY Clorox, it would have eaten through his clothes. There would have been holes in the clothes and if it was his skin well that would burned a hole in his skin. He'd never shut up over that. This makes me wonder if they diluted the Clorox so it wouldn't harm him. Usually attackers aren't that thoughtful to dilute and all.

The only reason this was accepted is because they desperately needed a race story. He probably volunteered to do it and was the reason why he was yelling he didn’t self delete himself in the courtroom, because he thought they were going to shut him up. Common sense was when the story first came out, it happened in Chicago, a deep blue city. Even before knowing how cold it was that night, the story didn’t add up.

If he told the truth (that he was desperate for more money and that he didn’t think it would cause this much trouble for the justice system and that he’s so sorry it blew up like this and cost so much money, man hours and resources) THEN he would absolutely be embraced by the world again. But he didn’t do that. He’s ongoingly insulting everyone’s intelligence. He’s doubled & tripled down on this embarrassing & obvious hoax. He seriously needs help. No joke. I actually feel sad for him that he’s this deep within himself that he can’t find a way to the light and the truth. It must be very lonely and terrifying to be him underneath the facade. No amount of money or fame could ever bring him the relief that telling the truth would. Be a man Jesse and find the courage to tell the truth. It WILL set you free. And people would be impressed by the courage it would take to do something like that. He would actually be an interesting person then. And he would garner respect. He could be a voice for healing so much division, and an example of how much power there is in telling the truth…even when you’re terrified to do so. He has the opportunity to be a real beacon of truth and unity, but instead he’s just a punchline whose only motive is to desperately get back to his Hollywood career…but it’s all at the cost of his sanity & personal integrity.
