No, the brothers did wrong just by agreeing to do this and get paid $3,000. They tried to climb the ladder illegitimately. They should examine their conscience and do penance. People can relate to real folks, the humor is relatable, and the real message and the truth behind the humor becomes more relatable to those who otherwise would have never let themselves even consider this true version of events. Whereas had they just been given some type of jail sentence or probation, they would be made into victims or slipped under the radar. Look at Jessie. He went to jail. Proven guilty. Apologized, explained that he got wrapped up and wanted to be more famous, went to rehab, made a joke about it, then moved on with his life. An entire tv show was cancelled because of him!
