Part 1: • DL Hughley on Eminem T...
--------
In this clip, D.L. Hughley breaks down Jussie Smollett's felony charges by pointing out the obvious holes in his false police report. The legendary comedian cracked a few jokes about Jussie's conduct but he also gave the situation some serious context because of the heavy racial and sexual undertone that the entire case carried. As the conversation comes to an end, D.L. Hughley talks about the way in which technology has made criminals much more liable to get caught than ever before.

When you listen to dl hughley you can see how groomed he was to become a comedian. Some of it is natural talent but the rest is reading many books, developing thick skin from dealing with regular people outside the stage, probably spending many hours clowning each other, than developing a skill to be able to adlib at times in front of and audience with people and hecklers, when his inventory of jokes run out.
