It depends on your goals. If you are trying to reverse a disease, then only raw vegetables and some raw fruits. Definitely no animal products or processed foods.

I'm not 100% sold but it is curious that she looks younger in her contemporary videos that are coming out now than she did in this video that is almost 11 years old. Maybe she's onto something.

Congratulations on your successful battle with Lupus! You're awesome. I'm trying to hide from the world so that no one gets burdened with my M.S. I'd rather dissappear and let others enjoy their lives rather than push me around. Peace ✌️

Something else you may enjoy is a small fridge ozonator. They run about $30 and help keep veggies fresh by preventing mold. I don't go anywhere without my ceramic knife. They are great because they don't cause oxidation of foods when you cut them. I am planning to invest in ceramic non-stick, non-toxic cookware soon. I really just need a wok. I want to start sprouting again too, and growing micro greens. I have watched some of your videos and Thomas'. We seem to eat very much the same. :)

I have been diagnosed with chronic lyme. I was pretty much bed ridden for 3 years with many other horrible symptoms. I gained about 15-20% mobility in the 4th year and about 40-50% now in year 5. I still suffer from allot of symptoms. I've started natural treatments which have been helping, but I've been wondering about food and Lyme, as I've heard that an AIP/paleo diet helps allot. But I'm not wanting to eat that much meat. Thoughts?

We have a very similar kitchen. I have a blendtec, a 9 tray excalibur, a big food processor, ceramic knife, & small spiral slicer. I used to have a coffee mill for seeds, but my blendtec does that much better (even makes flour out of course seeds and grains). I used to store a lot of my seeds in jars on the counter too, but I finally invested in a bog fridge with more freezer space so I keep them in there now. Enjoying my morning green smoothie right now. :) I have juicers, but prefer smoothies.

Hello Dr. Brooke, I hope you are well. I was watching an interview of yours because I have an auto immune disease and decided to go vegan. I have been going at it for a week and a day and all I feel so far is that I lost weight, and feeling on some days more energetic. I am still feeling weird in my head and getting arthritis pain from time to time. I wanted to know, how long did it take for you to feel better... I feel like I am doing something wrong. For instance, this morning I had a veggie/fruit blend, a bottle of water and took a vegan vitamin d3 and a vegetarian vitamin b12... After the pills I started feeling weird.... or yesterday, I felt fine the whole day until after I ate dinner which consisted of brown rice with a dash of Himalayan salt, a lil olive oil mixed with pink baked beans, on the side I had mixed frozen veggies with bell peppers onion and garlic headed up in a pan with a lil olive oil. I am also breastfeeding. May I please have advice.

Are seeds and nuts something we can eat while we're trying to lose weight or should we try to minimize them and tell we are down to our go away?
