Harmonic doesn't perform a Synchro nor aFusion summon, it just cheats them out

Nice video! I think making Dragite and Lys plus a redbeard is a pretty good endboard. The runick combo you showed is also neat

Hey man have you thought about using the armored XYZ stuff with plunder? You can make the rank five using a special summoned moerk, detach and search the trap, then rank up into the rank 7. The trap is pretty good discard fodder since it makes the rank 7's effect love and it's a pretty small engine all things considered and imo it helps going second and breaking boards

The thing with Plunder is that, ya almost often get locked into Plunder Patroll monsters before ya can get 2 of thier monsters on the field

Ripping two cards with chimera and omega is insane.

For what you're doing with this card you could use Ultra Polymerization and not lock yourself out of links or xyz

That honestly seems like the better tech card, then. The “downside” of summoning back the materials with zero ATK and effects negated basically means nothing for Plunder. Because of this video I’m taking a look at what the Earthbound cards that search Harmonic Synchro Fusion do, but none of them seem relevant to Plunder either.

Assuming I was playing harmonic or ultra poly I'd only want them if used Redbeard as material so that he can equip to Lys when I'm done but getting Red + White or Gold on field isn't happening realistically unless you open White + Gold or access to them which at that point locks you into plunders. Can you play either fusion spells, sure, should you... No

⁠@@Rob2512053 I’d say that Lys is basically the only ship where being equipped with a Plunder isn’t as important. It retains both quick effects to summon and negate, and being equipped only provides the search afterwards. I think Ultra Poly is also still a better choice if you want Redbeard equipped after the fusion anyhow, because you can use two non-tuners for the fusion, hold off on Red’s effect until you bring them back for another summon of Blackbeard or something, and then you can equip Red to Lys when he’s used as material the second time.

Could you use this card to special out Dragite?

The fact that it says the turn you activate this card means you cannot go into Blackbeard that turn because if you were to link summon before you no longer be allowed to use that card kind of like how you cannot special summon and then use pot of duality. It seems cool in theory but locking you out of Blackbeard really hurts in my opinion

@@phantomsygo also the interaction with chimera king doesn't work because it doesn't actually fusion summon it. So it doesn't get it's hand rip effect
