  Literally just won my locals pre-release event today with Vanquish Soul. The amount of Imperm/Veiler/Mourners I dodged is criminal. Also Shifter. Sleeper pick for sure, I recommend. They can't Droll me under Shifter the new format. If you plan to get Fiendsmith then play Yubel, if not then Vanquish Soul.

  Can you explain if the new card Dipsea Friend can be used in a pure plunder build? Some people say that if you use it with whitebeard for example, you cant activate whitebeard effect if you target him to revive.

  Thank you for the vid. I thought the same thing, that lys would let you special summon a target that have been sent into the ST Zone via snake eye effects. For some reason Master Duel didnt let me do it. Is there any rulings for that?

  Yeah the monster has to be properly summoned. Like for example moerk has to be made by overlaying. If you summon put with blackbeard you cant summon it back from s/t. I did it illegally in the game

  Great video man, it's helping me a lot. What do you think about the Kaiju package for the side deck? I'm testing it, but it feels strange cause must have 7 slots from the 15 possibles, and the other 8 I use for go 1st engine and 5 ST removal due to Brasil format. Anyway, hope you stay with the very powerful and helping content!

  Yeah honestly this deck is really solid, my brother placed second at an unofficial ots champs tournament and this deck randomly gets like 2-3 ycs tops a year.

  Really cool deck, and clear explanations thanks man you rock. What can you do if they veiler/imperm the sardine from the grave though? Does it loses the tuner effect? If so, how can you play through it?

  Yep if they negate it its not a tuner. In that case you should have 3 non-tuner fishes on board. Use 2 to make coral anemone and bring one back as a tuner again and then youll have lv6 synchro access

  Machinex is so crazy with just 2 dark contracts on the field, because I think you can use its effect 4 times. If you had another on the field, it would be 6 times. That final board with Caesar, Siegfried, and Machinex on the field with Dark Contract with the Gate, Swamp King, and Patent Liscence with D/D/D Headhunt is actually an insane board.

  Bro this is amazing and help for I play a lot of pendulum decks and I always find them similar but DDD is kinda a bit more reversed (Can play draco/endy/zefra/magicians/pals/odd) however this deck is a bit more different and because its extension is from grave and pile its a bit more confusing for myself this has helped a lot and please continue from one pend player to another keep it up. Aweasome stuff I haven't touch ddd since using ddd/pal/odd with resonators. So I have zero idea on pure since gryphon dropped thanks again.

  With Swap Frog/Ice Barrier Spright coming into the mix after Terminal Revenge, which variant do you think will be more consistent or has a stronger end board ? I pulled a bunch of sprights from the set but I’m not sure what variant to go for.

  Not sure, i think whichever playstyle suits you more. Tri is a bit more comboing while the ice barrier one is a little simpler: make toad and play spright control style.

  I know its late, but im still making variants of this deck. Have you ever tried Rokket Quick Launch and Rokket calibur with the deck? I got to duel lvl 19 against the meta decks using that tech in the recent qualifiers. It also can unbrick me occasionally, as you can tribute it for Borger then try to go VS plays from there. Mostly id make dempsey with it and Pantera or MadLove

  Yeah because you can make kraken with abyss shark but not bahamut. So its really infrequent to get 2 level 4s on board for bahamut

  Instead of dragite I am testing the new ice barrier lv10 synchro, it gives you two extra floodgates and a trishula if it gets destroyed Combo is sardine eff sunfish eff summon arianpos banish psiics, SS psiics by banishing a sardine, add tuner and banish it, link into coral without arianpos, revive the sunfish synchro into ice barrier lv10 with aria and sunfish, add abyss shark, ss abyss add any extender or lifeless(foolish snopios) link into bubble reef,end turn, standby banish snopios, psiics for a zep

  I liked who you goingt through the "flow of execution" (as Yacine would call it) - the overall strategy, rather then just countless combos (that I have seen before). I think I learned a lot, and I can kind of see D/D/Ds now. I think, if one played it a lot, it might not be that extremely difficult any more. Also, nice that Nightmare Throne can search Keple & Copernicus etc. that is all the good starters. So its a better Piri Reis Map. Cool!
