    Sadie’s killers punished her for being what they’ll never be: decent, successful, lovely and good. These horrible people see a light shining brighter than theirs ever will, and they get an anger in them, a need to blot out that light. It’s disgusting and evil. R.I.P. beautiful Sadie 🙏

    I wonder if either had a psych eval? The US justice system is just as ridiculous at times, and varies judge by judge. Judges have no requirement to understand psychopathy, and treat everyone the same.

    ​@@IwasBlueb4my home state. Blood thirsty folks we have here. Brits no longer do capital punishment. I agree with that. Yes, these killers deserve long-time imprisonment but I am opposed to death sentence. Cannot see Texas ever doing away with capital punishment however.

    I'm always reluctant to watch these crime stories that take place in England bcuz they never give them a long enough sentence!!! These two women are pure evil and should never be let out of prison!!!They deserve nothing less than a life sentence each with NO parole!! I believe they will always pose a threat to society and it's just mind boggling that the courts would be willing to ever let them out of prison!! Just shocking!!

    Facts. No justice system is by any means, ‘perfect’, but uk 🇬🇧 is seriously just a joke.. even Brit’s say it is too.. life should mean LIFE. They should do better. ESP for such heinous crimes.. and esp for such dangerous offenders that could absolutely be a danger to society again! Ugh it’s infuriating.

    Don't think he is a 'player' guy though nor that Sarah was ever the 'second woman'. This Sarah is _very_ possessive and became enraged with jealousy when he broke up with her and started to date Sadie. Sarah then started stalking Ian and Sadie and most likely made stuff up (the letter) to hurt Sadie (or to break them up). Pay attention 😁

    The judge says, it was a crime of "pure evil", then proceeds to give them 25/30 year sentences. HELLO, justice is a seldom commodity in todays courts. It should be at the very least life (no parole, ever) ! But noooo the judge slaps these, "pure evil" murderers on the hand. I'm sickened by our "justice" system. Unconscionable !!!

    Do you not want them out at 90 hrs old, then ? 30 years is a very long time ! It's the other lady who got 25 ... I don't even think she should be in prison, but rather in a mental institution.     According to newspaper reports, Sadie's family threw him out of her house and now have nothing to do with him. During the trial the jury heard that Johnston had enquired about Sadie's will a few hours after her death. He had expected to be a beneficiary but wasn't.

    Fabulous fabulous English Rose, RIP. Justice served. Its interesting that the Rose had clearly worked hard and was well positioned, a sensible Girl of community respect. The criminals however had not positioned themselves well, and were opposites. Stunningly sad.

    I blame Ian for Sadie’s death. If he hadn’t been so selfish, (feeling entitled to 2 women) then Sadie would still be alive. Cheating leads to so many more negative consequences than just destroying the trust in your relationship.
