A Manipulator Will DO THIS To You!

One tactic used by manipulative people is sadistic kindness. At first, they are overly kind, then they take everything away from you and repeatedly remind you of their "nice" actions.

That’s why I don’t do niceness. I get low key upset when people call me nice. I only do kindness.

I have cookies. Would you like one? Are you sure? But are you sure? Only two left. Are you sure you don’t want one? But are you sure? Ok. Only one left. Are you sure you don’t want it? But are you sure? Last chance. Are you sure though?

Fascinating description of the low class manipulator. Very common. Very easy to find. The high tier and much more dangerous one is the one you never realize has been manipulating you. Example. Say you want a new car. Manipulator wants control. They want you to get the car they think you should have (this is if they are looking out for you. Can work both ways) if the manipulator thinks you are making the wrong choice, instead of bashing your idea or the car, they compliment and use complimentary nicknames or phrases ad nauseam so they become a vice. “You can’t kill a Toyota” or a person in politics “Mr clean” Then they would defend all his bad qualities. After all it’s required you get behind someone before stabbing you in the back metaphorically speaking. Humans love to contradict others so this is a psych trick that forces them to argue against the decision or ideas they made. Playing into the manipulators hand. And the one being manipulated is none the wiser. At this point a high tier manipulator is very intelligent and has a lot of knowledge. They also have a good report with you. Be safe out there

Kenny, have you ever thought about having a program for teenagers? Why not help younger people learn to make right choices before they have to make a choice what career they must decide on or who they will marry?

One of my family members likes doing favours for me when it’s not asked or necessary. If the topic of argument comes up around that situation, for example cooking dinner for me they will then say I did that for you and look what you’re doing now. Your not cooking? I don’t see you cooking? What’s that called? Need help to identify it.

Well, if they were just trying to win an argument, it would be “ad hominem” or “non sequitur” maybe. But if they were trying to get you to cook “bc they cooked for you before”, that would be a poor attempt at manipulation. Maybe not even on purpose, it could be more of an unintentional personality trait. There are levels to it tho, for people who are purposefully manipulating. People do it all the time without thinking about it. There are noobs and masters of manipulation.
