My friend Ebrima! He really inspired me to learn some of my ancestor's language.

One thing I love about Gambian ppl is they are friendly, happy,and welcoming.

I was working as an EFL teacher in Turkey this past year and picking up that much English in three months is really good. Judging by her experience and exposure to the language, she speaks it quite well.

Having different names to refer to the same Mandinka people is not helping the population at all. In Sierra Leone for example, it's called Mandingo/Mandinka, Malinke in Guinea, Dyula/Dioula/Mandinka in Ivory Coast, Dioula in Burkina Faso, Mandinka in Equatorial-Guinea, Senegal as Mandinka and Mali as Bamana (Bambara) etc It's not helping researchers to put all Mandinkas together as one people.

So you have it at your door step.. I hope you find it easy to learn.

Incorrect, the language in this video is Mandinka.

Cham must be a common last name. That's my boyfriend's last name and he's from there.
