I love historic buildings across Europe, Spain has an extensive history. Great to see the amazing old buildings and cathedrals in Valencia.

Very historic Erin, the castles are very unique though to Spain, not like those we have at home.

hey David! beautiful trees to line the streets, are the trees budding yet? just wondering, I have no idea of the seasons down there in Spain. Would I be right in assuming that this Silk Exchange building is where, silk would be bought and sold by Merchants/Moors coming from the continent of Africa etc? Might be a good idea with loads of research to look for a piece of land in Spain rather than in Sligo/Leitrim, the price might be right, just thinking.

Yes Carol, that's exactly what it was used for. Silk in exchange for Spanish goods. The streets have been budding since I came so I guess the weather makes an early Spring. I was thinking of looking into that alright, thanks for the suggestion, might be a lot cheaper.
