That wind doesn't blow right round ya, I learned that from two ladies on Marlborough Street, Dublin a good many years ago. It's called a "lazy wind", it blows right through ya, doesn't bother to go around you at all. Those ladies were great fun, just like all the older folk, God bless them both, wherever they are today.

I love when you get memories like this, it makes me feel very nostalgic. My first job was in Stoneybatter around 1992 where I got my first real taste of Dublin, having been living all of my life in the suburbs. The shop owner where I worked sent me down to the veggie markets on certain days (yes still early 90's in Dublin) , I made boxes full of deliveries on foot, sometimes miles away. I still have memories from the 70's too though, when I look at some old photos I can still picture myself there as if I was still that kid. If there were no photos taken, my brain filled in the rest and I love looking back at those times. Life flies so seamlessly ahead and we try to make as many memories as we can now, at least, that's my plans, I hope it's yours too. Lots of love from me, David. You're one in a million.

Fabulous stuff. The editing and music very great. Love Skerries tbh fabulous little town. The towers were built in 1800s. For the signal to light the top with fire when the French or napoleon was seeing coming. They are all visible from tower to tower. Light up along the east coast. Loughshinny is a gorgeous little fishing village. Always reminds me of the wickerman movie. But the houses you past. One of them was the location for the film Some Mothers Son with Helen mirron star's. She lived in one of them. If you watch it you'll recognise it. And when I'm going to the tower its from the other side. When you climb up it. You have to maneuver around a bend that you can easily fall and do damage to yourself but then climb a set of stairs to the top of the tower. I didn't catch you doing a clip of my home town of Rush.

It was lovely sleeping beneath the stars Anne, even if it nearly killed me hehe the sunset and sunrise were beautiful, happy I caught them both on film. As far as music goes, I prefer the music of nature to fill my ears outdoors :)

That wind doesn't blow right round ya, I learned that from two ladies on Marlborough Street, Dublin a good many years ago. It's called a "lazy wind", it blows right through ya, doesn't bother to go around you at all. Those ladies were great fun, just like all the older folk, God bless them both, wherever they are today.
I love when you get memories like this, it makes me feel very nostalgic. My first job was in Stoneybatter around 1992 where I got my first real taste of Dublin, having been living all of my life in the suburbs. The shop owner where I worked sent me down to the veggie markets on certain days (yes still early 90's in Dublin) , I made boxes full of deliveries on foot, sometimes miles away. I still have memories from the 70's too though, when I look at some old photos I can still picture myself there as if I was still that kid. If there were no photos taken, my brain filled in the rest and I love looking back at those times. Life flies so seamlessly ahead and we try to make as many memories as we can now, at least, that's my plans, I hope it's yours too. Lots of love from me, David. You're one in a million.

Fabulous stuff. The editing and music very great. Love Skerries tbh fabulous little town. The towers were built in 1800s. For the signal to light the top with fire when the French or napoleon was seeing coming. They are all visible from tower to tower. Light up along the east coast. Loughshinny is a gorgeous little fishing village. Always reminds me of the wickerman movie. But the houses you past. One of them was the location for the film Some Mothers Son with Helen mirron star's. She lived in one of them. If you watch it you'll recognise it. And when I'm going to the tower its from the other side. When you climb up it. You have to maneuver around a bend that you can easily fall and do damage to yourself but then climb a set of stairs to the top of the tower. I didn't catch you doing a clip of my home town of Rush.
