Casa Montaña is a centuries-old tavern located in the area of Cabañal next to the port of Valencia. A winery of the best quality, with the commitment to expand and spread the wine culture. It is included within the distinguished club of gourmet establishments of the city.
Casa Montaña also maintains an extensive wine list, preserved at temperature and constant humidity, with more than a thousand wines from all over the world, dedicating a special weight to Valencian wines.
In addition, for Casa Montaña the raw material is essential: anchovies of Santoña, the michirones (oked beans), potatoes, cod croquettes with pine nuts, the Valencian locchina, the sardines to the plate and the fried boquerones come from the boats of Castellón, and the iron squid is of the local beach.
All the preserves are from the Gallegas Rias, and with a caliber difficult to find. The Iberians, the cecina de León and the 100% acorn hamlet round out the offer of cold dishes. The ox sieve crushed with tender garlic, completes the beauty of this menu.
