A friend from Switzerland taught me this recipe! A true heavenly cake! An old friend from Switzerland taught me this recipe! A popular Swiss apple pie recipe that will shock anyone at how delicious it is! It's a very famous video recipe on KZread. Yoghurt cake with apples! Very tasty apple dessert. And a bonus recipe for a quick and easy apple pie.

❗️Warning, I recommend using ingredients in grams as this is a more accurate and correct recipe! * Cup = 200ml
Ingredients:
3 eggs
200 g (1.5 cup) flour
80 g (0.5 cup) powdered sugar
5 grams of baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
a pinch of salt
70 g (4 tbsp) butter (melted)
500 g (2 cups) Greek yogurt
30 g (2,5 tbsp) cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
a pinch of salt
130 g (1 cup) sugar
3 apples (with peel)
40 g (2.5 tbsp) sugar
5 g (1.5 tsp) cornstarch
1/2 lemon juice
Cook for 10 minutes over low heat
Baking pan 20 cm
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
Leave in the pot for 30 minutes.
Powdered sugar.
🌟BONUS RECIPE!🌟
4 eggs
300 ml (1 1/2 cups) milk
5 g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
100 g (4 tbsp) melted butter
200 g (2 cups) flour
240 g (1 1/2 cups) sugar
180 g (2 cups) cornstarch
5 g (1 tbsp) ground cinnamon
15 g (1 tbsp) baking powder
3 apples
Grease a 20 x 30 cm casserole dish with butter.
Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees

Great recipe, light not too sweet, very tasty. Gonna try it with apples and cranberries and make another one with blueberries. I used gluten free flour with excellent results and vanilla yogurt. love the grating of the dough on the top!!

I didn't show 'coz it's the easiest of the recipe, just use the plate and turn the from upside-down, and then back to another plate. The top of the cake is firm enough to survive this.

I would line the baking pan with baking paper ... voila .. it will be easy to take out.
