A fantastic bakery! The owner loves bread and works 30 hours a day thinking about it!

Sorry, the title is neither an exaggeration nor a lie. I was hesitant to be critical and thought it might be misinterpreted, but it is true that she works 30+ hours a day in her baking business.
Her bakery is open only two days a week. This is because she usually works in an office.
She starts baking at 6pm and just keeps on baking until the store opens the next morning. By the way, she rarely takes a break.
She says that when she thinks about bread, she loses track of time. After the store opens, she continues to make additional bread, serve customers, and clean up after the store closes. She finishes her bread work between 24 and 25 pm. By the way, she also has to work the day she holds the bakery and the day after.
It is not a hard life; she loves baking. She thinks about bread all day long.
I have interviewed various bakers, but I have never seen anyone who loves bread as much as she does.
A fantastic bakery! The owner loves bread and works 30 hours a day thinking about it!
Marni Bread Country, a fantastic bakery that is only open on Sundays and Wednesdays.
The owner loves bread and has taught himself everything he knows.
On business days, he has been making bread since around 7:00 pm the day before.
He said he thinks about bread all day long, and almost everything from the exterior to the interior of the store is filled with bread-related items.
The cute bread pictures and characters in the store were designed by his daughter. country.

Да, но так работать как она, это слишком. Организм просто в один прекрасный день на кнопку выкл на жмет и все. Отдыхать то тоже нужно. Да и на качестве товара это тоже отразится.

@@BreadSeason Wow, I thought the Japanese educational system was better than that. There are ONLY 24 hours in a day no matter how many times you say differently. 30 hours straight is NOT 30 hours in a day. It is a 24-hour day plus 6 hours in the next day. Also there is no 25 p.m. If you use a.m./p.m. the hours are 1 to 12 ONLY.
