    The only person that could loose was Lampard, and he has lost everywhere he has been post playing career, he is a championship manager same as GeFRAUD, arsenal are bottle jobs Chelski have died, spurs 😆 West Ham are the only winners in London and even they are shite, Man City will be charged and tainted titles, Man Utd are just in terrible hands with the glaziers, Liverpool are class but time for Juergen to go, Newcastle haven’t won a trophy in a lifetime, Brighton are class but will be a feeder team, so that leaves my great club we have The big trophies we have the fans, the best owners without blood money laundering through our club, new stadium plans, youth team flying in the championship and the best Manager outside of Pep, Aston Villa are going places and watch next season after king Unai gave everyone 11 games start, we sell a youth product for £100m and we have a few Brummies coming through, sell Carnarge chuckuameka for 20m but buy players like McGinn 2m, konsa 12m, mings 15m Martinez 20m Moreno 15m that’s same money we got for Matt target 😆 don’t bet against us making that top 6 next season, uefa cup or Europa league it’s called now, no one won it more times than Emery, so say he wins that we qualify for CL or the European cup, we have recent history of winning it 1-0 against Bayern Munich, I watched them lift it myself, while I’m still young enough to see us win it again UTV Aston Villa 🤩

    The annoying thing is, Simon thinks everyone else is a numpty and can’t see things objectively. Fans can see both the pros and cons of every facet of football. Including ownership, Yet Simon talks like he took a non league team to the champions league. Truth is he was just a fan that had enough money to buy a club. And they way he talks is attempting to hide that fact.

    @bryguy572 Жыл бұрын

    Simon writing Boehly a pass and then contradicts himself by saying what a disaster hiring Frank was and White asks him "who hired him" to which Simon replies "Boehly" was pretty funny. Also White asked him about Todd making himself Sporting Director and Simon's reply "oh well" again tripped him up. Nobody that I know is criticizing Boehly for not wanting to be involved in his business and learning about it - he's come under enormous criticism specifically for firing everyone from the board, front office down to the medical team, physio team, headgroundsman (and his son lol), constantly sticking his nose inside the manager's business (443 advice to Tuchel), barging into the teams dressing room every game, half time, training ground visits daily, appointing himself sporting director instead of having a ready made staff available to do the job properly, overspending by enormous amounts, implementing some bizarre north american "model" where they buy teenagers at huge prices (they spent 20 million to have Chukwuemeka on the bench), dishing out enormous wages to STerling and Koulibaly (300k), sacking a strong manager because of pride and replacing him with a jellyfish from a small team environment in Potter and then leaving him in the job even after it was clearly a gigantic mistake. Boehly and his partners Egbahli have come into the league ill prepared without having a staff in place and fired everyone under the sun and been arrogant about it. They've been nothing short of a disaster and comedy. It's so toxic behind the scenes that it spills into the public scene. He's taken a competitive club and has tried turning them into a developmental club going with youth - and trying to play baseball trades and overpaid along the way. The results speak for themselves. As for the "wonderful talent" that Chelsea have - I don't agree with that either. I think the players are not nearly as good as people think they are - largely filled with potential instead of proven players. Mudryk came from a Ukranian league and he's been terrible. Madueke looks fine until he gets near the net then doesn't have a clue what to do. Fofana yesterday was a comedy - 80 million pounds for him. Cucurella people wish would disappear. James/Chilwell/Kante can't stay fit for 5 games straight and each are on 200k+ wages (Ben might be 170k, close enough). Kai Gallagher, Kovacic, Mount (leaving) who's the game changing superstar on this side? Personally I feel they've got a collection of 40 players that are a bit above average to mediocre on that squad. Pochettino can probably improve them to some degree but no chance of winning anything with these players - just look at City's roster of players and then watch what Newcastle and United do this summer. Simon knows better but I think he's got a relationship with Todd so he's clearly holding back because what I just described is common knowledge.

    Franks appointment was made on sentiment only. The inspiration factor which they were hoping to draw on is long gone. His last Chelsea appearance as a player was almost 10 years ago, a squad full of overseas players, many of who probably never saw him play are hardly gonna suddenly come to life because he walks through the door. A disastrous appointment for both Frank and Chelsea.

    Chelsea problem is hiring a manager in the like of potter who does not have experience in coaching big team and big players to manage them and they gave him time while he was losing. So the players are used to losing and accepted losing mentally as their culture. And then they go pick up lampard who was just coming from a losing streak. Chelsea will be good next season

    what's Lampard and Gerrard needs to do is to work under an elite manager for a while to learn trade like Ten Haag and Arteta worked under Guardiola as assistants which got them prepared as elite coaches. Liverpool can facilitate Gerrard to work under Kloop, while Chelsea can do get Lampard to work under Pochettino, both to do so for 5 years. Then the will be ready to take the next jump and be elite coaches.

    Hey, with all of the clubs having to navigate meaningful European competition and Chelsea having nothing else to do than focus on the league, maybe it will be a factor. Fatigue definitely shouldn’t enter into it. Even with Poch’s propensity for intense conditioning.

    Lampard (and I'm no lover of his as a Spurs fan) needs to get back to the championship. Get a good side with ambition and learn the trade. Too many players go top level too early...look at Vincent Kompany....Frank needs to re-assess his career....but not give up on management.

    Pearce : "he wasn't in a job at the time" No , because Everton were in a relegation place and he was sacked , then for whatever reason gets the Chelsea job and again in his time with chelsea they are in relegation form, 1 win from 8 or 9 games is shocking , if Frank walks into another high profile job then you know full well his football connections are worth more than his ability as a manager.

    Only good thing about all this is Sunday is his last game, Lampard is easily the worst coach that has ever worked at Chelsea. When the team play rubbish, its never Frank's fault, he switches the blame on everybody but himself, even laid the blame on Tuchel, and without the 10 points that Tuchel won at start of season, Chelsea would probably be relageted.

    You all know full well if his name was Van der Lampps you would be saying he has no chance of a job in this country again and rightly so. You keep saying “he will have to take a championship job” on what basis does he even merit a job in the championship ? Because I bet most fans of championship clubs wouldn’t have Lampard. You still have to be a pretty decent manager to take a team at that level and Frank isn’t. Frank De Boer was sacked and laughed out this country after like 3 games and has never worked over here since despite actually been a competent manager at least. I just don’t get why Franks seems to deserve even more opportunities to fail in the media’s eyes

    Lampard has two options in my view. He can go and look to be a number 2 under an experienced coach in the Prem or abroad or he goes to league one to learn his trade. Both options depends on his ego and the second option depends on if a multimillionaire successful footballer wants to go and earn £2k a week at the top of league one. Either way he’s not getting a job in the Prem or top of the championship.
