Her name is Ayumi Dobashi. She is 28 years old and works at a bakery called CONTINUE in Nishiku, Fukuokashi, Fukuoka. CONTINUE opened in 2019 and it is a sister bakery to the popular bakery in Itoshima called Boulangerie NOAN.
CONTINUE’s concept is based on providing health-conscious bread but it was surprising to know that they do not provide any type of bread that they sell at their flagship shop. The customers here enjoy choosing from 30 to 40 types of bread every day.
