If you come to Puerto Escondido Losodeli is the best place to stay. (that is not a sponsored comment) Losodeli helped us fall in love with Puerto and mostly because of the people we met here that have made this place amazing.

I am surprised that you did not find vendors with chapulines outside the mercado on Calle Octava Nte (or maybe it was just on the weekend that all the vendors were along that sidewalk). Anyway - I am sure the hostel guests were not too disappointed. The hostel looks awesome!. Enjoy!

We were not able to find chapulines anywhere which was strange. There were vendors on the sidewalks but no chapulines. So far, the hostel guests get the Eat Baila Travel experience everyday lol Saludos Dan wiish you and your family the best!

Thank you for watching and commenting, so many people were requesting for us to make a video like this and to be honest we wanted to but we had to make sure we were going to be natural and our best selves for camera. Sometimes Jenny and I don't even see each other much and that complicates things. But we will definitely work on more vlogs like these.

Yes a busy day and a long day but...working in the best of paradise doing fun tasks and not droning in a windowless cubicle makes a huge difference. Nice to see some baila I'd love to learn some of that not sure about my hips action !!

Yes! We feel bittersweet about it! To be honest, we came in "off-season" and Puerto says they have not had an off season in two years! We were here in July last year and it wasn't as packed as it is now but Puerto is getting VERY now with Spring Breakers and it's starting to feel like a good time for a little change. But we will be back VERY SOON 😉

New to your channel. My home town is Chicago, but relocated to Texas many years ago. I visited Puerto Escondido. Puerto Angel and Las Bahias de Hualtaco way back in 1991. Not many hotels back then many 3 total in Hualtaco. Beautiful beaches and were isolated at that time. Times have changed. Are you still in Puerto Escondido or back home?

Hola Maria, we are currently back in Chicago. We decided to visit Chicago for mother's day and to hang out with family. Kevin's family used to visit Puerto in the 90's and they were so surprised how much it's changed. No wonder y'all look so tired!! No offence. And in that heat? Yowzas!! But you end the night w your signature smiles. 😃 P.S. pls do get your rest though! Hustle culture is also a path to burnout if you are not careful, esp as youtube creators where the pressure to pump out content must be imm3nse, I imagine.
