That'll work Richard, you fit the tenon to the mortise anyway so if you get the mortise a little wider you can cut the tenon to fit tighter. Those Irwin forstner bits are pretty good bits and so handy to have around. Great video, stay safe and keep up the good work you share with us. Fred.

I like the way you build stuff Richard ! The way I see it , if you buy a tool to do a job , it’s more fun and satisfying to do the job yourself and still way cheaper than hiring someone !

i would add on to the workshop,you wont believe how much room tools take up,and you would know that by now from building everything from scratch,it doesnt take long to run out of room,well you have a good day now.

Richard I would love one of those roll up tool bags.

Richard you need to build a solar kiln for drying and curing the lumber. The idea of putting green lumber in to a storage building is only asking for big problems because of fungus and insects. Kiln drying is the only way to kill the insect eggs in the lumber and prevent the funguses

Irwin drill set looks like a good purchase. I have a set and like them.

never thought about down sizing my tool collection,im 65 just retired,and im adding new section on my shop with the help of my daughter,old habits are hard to break,im always at home depot,lol ,my daughter says the tools adopt me at the store.

Love your videos and that tool pouch looks great and the drill set is nice as well !😀

So 55.00$ is a great price for the Erwin set! No doubt, my problem with Erwin.s is they'll spin in the Chuck. Whereas the Milwaukee's are a Hex-end. Is that enough jabber out of me to win that tool bag.
