just get started. don't overdo things at the beginning. don't rush the process. use walking as an easier exercise on days you don't have it to work out. do something daily after you start getting fit.
Just started my journey towards the darkness today @47 years old with 50 burpees, 50 kettlebell swings, 50 lunges & 50 kettlebell round the world. I was sweating my tits off 🥵
LOOOOOOL! I know some people who Always take the lift at work.
the stairs climbing bit killed me 🤣
You, iron wolf, moses, and other burpee practitioners have inspired me to get back into the burpee journey. Went from 80kg to 140 kilos. Started burpees using two stools to do the push-up part and squating or skipping the squat if knees get sore. Or kicking back one leg at a time. Just getting the conditioning back. So unfit at the moment. Now and again I'll do it off the floor. Just taking it a little at a time. Also adding in some jump rope here and there.
You have been consistent throughout the year . Happy 2024 to you and your family!!

You absolutely ROCK! my name is Nick, I’m 43 and burpees are the foundation of my entire routine. You’re the only person I’ve seen that does burpees like I do and understands the dark, magical place burpees take us. I just found your channel and I’ve been watching your videos one after another. I wish I was out there in Scotland because I would love to bust down some burpee workouts with you. Thank you for sharing your experiences and passion for health and burpees and PLEASE keep the videos coming because you are an inspiration!!! Never give up. 🎉

Happy new year, Lee! Thank you for sharing your valuable knowledge with us. I really appreciate your videos. As always in life, if you want to change something you need to get your ass off the couch and get the work done. This video gives the perfect direction and explanation, simply start and being consistent.
You've just turned up in my feed, and I'm now another of your sassenach subscribers. Timely too, as this year's going to be bloody demanding, exciting and a game changer for me, so I seriously need to sort my body out. Thankyou for your common-sense approach and showing me a solid regime to start with. A Great New Year to you 👍

Great channel mate, you’ve managed to get a lazy 50 year old to begin doing burpees. Granted I’m not very impressive at the moment but I’m fitter than I was a month ago. Happy New Year to you and yours from Grangemouth via Barcelona!

Hello Lee, happy new year. Once again, thanks for your advice, it is always welcome. I wish you a great year brother.👍💪
Actually people care about you if they see you under achieving, and despise you when you're over achieving. It usually goes from a mild incitation, to blatanly commenting about your "unnecessary" effort. Ignore both stages and enjoy the bettering and the battering.
Great! P.S I'd love to do burpees but they tweak my knees. I have been skipping the jump part and move one leg back at a time and do left leg first on odd and right first on even numbers.
I want to hear you talk as it's interesting, don't need that music in the background

@@StrongandConditioned this video is great. Questions: - Would you add pull ups? If so somwthing like ladders? - between workout A and B do you suggest doing some zone 2 cardio? - Advanced out of shape can one start at 10 sets of 8 to 10? More people need this info I had at the beginning. Thank you!!
You dont build a house on Sand..build a solid foundation first. One brick at a time...brick by brick
Recommendations for a basic stretching regimen?
Great video, just for clarification are you saying reps per exercise or combine reps of all exercises?
@StrongandConditioned

Reps all round the circuit
I will try but if I drop out I might just buy the AmeriGlide Horizon stairlift for 1900£ instead.
@bjarkenielsen8515

You should buy the new version of the AmeriGlide Horizon at 3100£ It is sooo much better than the first version. However, you can go wrong with either
Hey Lee, thanks for the workouts and inspiration. The only part I didn't get is if I choose between A and B or I should be doing both?
@StrongandConditioned

Both if you want
Hey Lee, I had a question brother apologies if you already answered in the video. How much rest do you recommend between exercises and how many times a week should we repeat this workout?
@StrongandConditioned
6 ай бұрын
You can set your own rest times and slowly decrease them as the weeks go on. Do the workouts as many times as you like during the week.
Very interesting video! Are the number of reps the same for each exercise? 8 push ups are more challenging than 8 jumping jacks.
@StrongandConditioned

Yeah generally however if you want to vary the reps then that can be done too
Shemus??
