if all human and animal eat plants, all human and animal will be dead. if same human like u eat vegetarian its ok but all human , will make human population gone. you gnu or wilderbeast in afrika they have to a croos around afrika to stay servive, because they chasing new grow plant or grass , they population only 2 million. so what happen if they population 5 or 7 billion. do youthing you or nature could feed them or they will be gone for ever. SO predator eat animal human eat anymal are for the balance wild live.

I think will replace insects instead keep eating cows and chickens in the future, insects can be produced at high density, indoor, vertically and just consume a bit of water compared to animals and plants!
