A reminder to our friends from the USA. British humor can come across as a little harsh at times because we poke fun at people we love. I'm a Brit and my wife is Texan (not American!) so she struggled with my humor at first. Brits are very polite and would consider it rude to make fun of people we don't know but to those we love we have banter. We may come across as mean but we're not. Believe me, I love my wife more than anything and it's clear that Nicki and Carlo have a deep love for one another. So remember that we all view other people's lives from our cultural perspective's and biases. Carlo and Nicki - you are an inspiration to us all! You rock!

Yes, I have noticed that in her previous videos. However, Nicki is not a stupid person, and she is in charge of editing her videos. To deliberately leave out information or provide a reasonable segue is rude and disconcerting. Then she plays the victim in her follow up video, here (very narcissistic btw). It seems she likes to stir the pot, and I am also not buying their story about how happy they are together. This is not the first time they have displayed untoward behavior, and then look like they are the happiest couple together in a very fake manner when called out on it (like they did in this video), but eventually, other behavior seems to return. This is the second time they have done this, and I am tired of it. I am out. Hasta luego.

As someone who just got married I LOVE seeing you guys have disagreements and jokes. A lot of 'KZread' couples make it seem like you have to share a brain to be a successful or happy couple. Your content is relatable and lovely. Differing opinions are not the end of the world, just part of a normal, healthy relationship. Thank you for sharing that with us.

Never allow anyone to steal your joy. You both reside in one of the most, if not the most beautiful place on earth. I knew the frothing would start last week!! Some people take everything literally and see a brief snapshot of someone’s life on KZread as indicative of their entire marriage or personality. They then comment, as absolute ‘experts’, safely anonymous behind their computer screen. I love your videos (my Sunday afternoon treat as I prepare for a week’s teaching!) and your dry wit and humour. Thankfully I am able to appreciate a KZread video as entertainment and not a veiled cry for help from Carlo 😁

Right?! "The Frothing." I really like that phrasing. PLUS, as I mulled it over in my head over the week, which, I don't have to do. AND did anyway. I thought, well Nicky and Carlo had very different upbringings which contributes greatly to how they get along and how they differ. So many factors not considered while projecting their personal history on a sliver slice of a KZread video (edited). Blerggghghg. It seems that there were some "green eyed monsters" around who had "school girl crushes" on Carlo...therefore making them very envious of Nicki. They were concocting negative scenarios in their heads (that weren't really there) and feeling that they had right (and need) to defend Carlo. For what it's worth, the input in your life & relationship appears to be equally shared to me. You don't have to be "in each other's pockets" all the time, especially seeing you work together creating the content for this wonderful KZread channel. Happy Mother's Day Nicki! I’m literally in my 20s by the way. Carlo is old enough to be my dad and even looks like my dad. I don’t have a crush. I have a genuine concern that Carlo is not appreciated because I have eyes and can read body language. Nikki is very self centered and off putting.

The comment above is correct... you all are jealous of Nikki and being purely mean!!. You think you know someone from a 30 minute video and have a right to judge. Carlo even said he isn't as portrayed in the videos yet you all are still in denial.
