Hey Levi could u use more light cuz it is hard to see what u are doing or could u throw in some close ups? The videos are awesome and your instructions are great just hard to see exactly what u are doing!!! Keep on winning!!

So, funny you made this video. I tied in the peep on my new bow with the 1/2 hitch method. It is rock solid, and you can't make it move. I kept my previous bow as a backup. Well, my new rig is in the shop, so I have been hunting with my back up. The peep is tied in with a more traditional method on it. Well, on opening day my bow fell 25' feet to the ground crashing through branches on the way. The only "damage" to the bow was that my peep moved. I was off 3-4" at 20 yards. It didn't take as much effort as I would have liked to move it back into its proper place. Lesson learned. I am never going back to the other peep tying methods after this experience. It will be 1/2 hitches from here on out.

Saw Gillingham do a video on this tie. Pretty slick and it’s most definitely not moving

I like this seems a lot simpler, just got back in the archery and as I'm getting older I'm finding that I need to employ a verifier peep, which I understand there can be twist issues , which also brings the option of the peep tuner , So should I assume that you do not tie off where the bowstring splits , only tie off the peep

Two things: 1) be sure your peep height is set before you tie it in like this. It can't be moved. 2) you don't need the second piece of serving. One strand is plenty for a permanent tie-in. The second strand is a waste of time. I've used this method since a Tim Gillingham video about8-10 years ago. It's fast and solid. It's only recently that the peep tuners have brought this back again.

Yea.. I did this a few times and when I would go to move it, it took awhile to undo all the 1/2 hitches.. But the peep definitely doesn't move.

Been doing it this way a long time, except I just tie two quadrants on opposite sides. Can’t move it

Just a phase 4. They're not allowed to show videos with this year's release. Until Mathews release it in November.

If your name was Tom instead of Levi would that make you a Peeping Tom?
