The Puppet Master movie completely hooked me into Full Moon as a kid. Love that his movies have a focus on puppetry and mix of practical, stop motion and vfx. They're always fun and entertaining to watch!
These series are always fun and informative. Bring on part 2!
Just found out about full moon and this video, PLEASE do a part 2. Heck make a series because your passion for full moon is infectious. Great vid. 👍
Great video! I hope people dive into the cesspool of classics that is Full Moon Seedpeople, Shrunken Heads, Head of the Family, Shadow Zone, Blood Dolls, The Creeps, Hideous, Bad Channels, Mandroid, Robot Wars. The list goes on and on!

Cool little memory. So first time I saw Puppet Master. The year Vincent Price died, when SYFY was still The Sci-fi Channel, during a Halloween marathon, I watched Evil Dead, Phantasm, Puppet Master and Puppet Master II for the first time. This was the pivotal day when I truly became a horror fan.

@80's Horror Fan Thank You Brother!
Just a fact: The Gingerdead man was the first Full moon features movie I saw
Subspecies and the Puppet Master films were staples of my childhood. Rented them all back to back at the video store. I don't enjoy the first Puppet Master as much as the sequels, but it is a classic. Nice guide!
I remember when DVDs were just about to become mainstream and if you could find a video store that actually did have some DVDs (around 1998) you could rent, half of them were Full Moon movies (the other 15 movies were crappy sci-fi). Starting with Head of the Family. Great memories watching these movies with my friends while grilling on Mushrooms. We were in high-school, and more or less carefree
FULL🌕MOON: MOVIES WE REALLY ONCE ONLY SAW IN OUR DREAMS
Ginger dead man and evil bong 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Everyone knows that Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama is the absolute best Full Moon Features film even though it was released under his Urban Classics label
What a great video! Awesome content man! You knkw your stuff!
I'm a Jack Deth guy so my personal franchise is Trancers. I remember actually seeing the film at one of my rental stores as Future Cop. God I wish I had that VHS box!

As someone who grew up on the origianl Full Moon era (Golden Age), I love their early stuff. I rented Puppet Master in 1990 as a 9 year old around kid and dang it scared me so much. I fell in love immediately.
Awesome video and review.. I love early Empire and Full Moon...

Me too!
Cool video. I actually got my company name by merging "Empire Pictures" and "Full Moon Entertainment". LOL Charlie stopped making the Empire films in Italy, because the studio where he filmed at went bankrupt. It was the old Dino De Laurentiis studio. They couldn't keep it going, so Charlie had nowhere to film his movies. By the late 80's, the B-Horror movie industry in Italy was drying up, so Charlie moved the opperation to LA and formed Full Moon Entertainment. His father Albert Band was a key figure head for both companies as well and co-directed/produced many of the films. If you don't have the book "Empire of the B's" by Dave Jay, I would recommend it. It talks about Charlie's movies before Empire too! Movies like Tourist Trap, Parasite, and Crash. Another cool fact - Subspecies was the very first American production for a film in Romania.

@@PlanetCHH Yes and there is also a companion book called "It came from the video aisle" that is all about Full Moon!
I’d definitely love a part 2. I’m gonna have to check out Subspecies
I have just finished' it came from tbe video aisle' and cant wait to jump into these films. I caight bits and pieces back in the day but i want to give them a proper watch this time. Great video. Thx.
I love the early full moon movies from 1989-1995
Puppet Master 3 is probably my favorite, followed by the first. Subspecies, I’ll surely check it out, I’m sure you’ve told me so last year. Demonic Toys love it, Jack Attack is my guy. Lol
I think the best film chargers band has produced is either re-animator or tourist trap. Both are just perfect films to me.

I agree with the order on your guide list but I might put The Pit and the Pendulum before Dollman then have Castle Freak last after Dollman/Demonic Toys. Oblivion is another cool FM flick to watch as well.
Subspecies first for me then puppet master series. Full moon is great
Great video I sadly haven’t seen any of the full moon films except CastleFreak which is one of my favorite horror films from the 90’s. Debating if I should jump into full moon and get the streaming service to test the waters before I buy the movies physically.

Volume 2 :)
Full moon and frank henonlotter films all day long❤
I started watching Full Moon films as a kid in terms of there stuff today I dont really care for it to be honest with only few exceptions. I really only like some of there more stupid fun movies today like GingerDead Man Evil Bong but thats about it. Besides those honestly I see Full Moon as shadow of its former self they just dont have the budgets to do the fun stuff they used to. I really enjoy the first 3 Subspecies film the first 5 Puppet Masters The first Demonic Toys and I really enjoyed Doll Man. I own most of the films I like the best on dvd but there is still few I need to pick up.
Universe was made proper in '06 .... With a little movie called Evil Bong. F* all that other noise.
Don't know if you knew this or not but charles Bands son Alex was the lead singer in a band in the early 2000's called the calling and they had a hit song called wherever you will go. Pretty cool I think
