I remember Roman from his TED talk on Flags. THAT WAS BRILLIANT.

It's insane how much better his sound equipment sounds than theirs.

I wish Roman said this podcast was produced on radio row in beautiful downtown Oakland California.

99PI has been one of my favorite podcasts and I'm not a big podcast listener. Roman's voice is always so soothing and this episode is so incredible.

TBH Norm pales in comparison to much lesser people

This is almost just a bonus episode for 99% Invisible with reactions by Adam and Norm, since Roman does 99% of the talking and they're just engaged with every word!

Have never seen Roman's face. I had a totally different image of him in my head. This is jarring. I was not prepared.

I listened to episode 229 "the trends forecast" of 99PI just before discovering Roman was the guest this week. In that episode, one of the fashion forecasters predicted that in 2020, 40% of people would be working from home, which made me chuckle and say you have no idea .

Holy crap...... 99PI is one of my favorite podcasts ever! This made my day.

Roman's audio is sooo much more nicely balanced......delish.

Until I listened to this podcast I didn’t even know an Adam Savage produced 99PI video series was even something I could hope for. Two of my favourites producing wonderful video together? Please team, find a way to let this happen!

I love this! Mythbusters has planted the seed that ultimately inspired me to be an industrial designer. It's so great to see these two worlds colliding

Honestly one of my Top favorite Podcast is 99% PI

99 PI is one that I like to listen to in the evenings because of Roman's relaxing voice. I'm getting behind on Dear Hank and John because of my lack of commute.

Oh man! I'm sorry 99PI listenership dropped off during the lockdown...I am apparently a die hard fan, because I never miss an episode and my 'binge watch' phase definitely included about 100 back episodes of 99PI...even though I've already listened to them all before :)

Audio engineer here, I can second this comment. A lapel mic into his laptop would improve Adams audio maybe 80%, take up maybe 50g of weight and the same amount of space as a set of airpods.

99% Private Investigator. I would watch that show.

Thought that was Ty from dudeperfect from the thumbnail, was happily surprised when I actually clicked in.

Adam is travelling so probably has a slight time delay. He doesn't normally speak over Norm.
