Hi, I was wondering if you could answer me why would my car shake and have a bad idle after removing and reinstalling the VSS? ...the car was fine before replacing the O ring for the VSS.

What if i cant find the cable for the cluster gauge can you show where it comes from?

Hey my 98 toyota camry doesn't want to shift I got the same code does the speed sensor cause it not to shift, but after 5 minutes of driving she shifts fine untill I shut her off again. automatic transmission transmission

how much cost if we take it to mechanic ?

My 98 Camry has the p0500 code and the car doesn't get in gear only. Guages are working fine. Any ideas? Already replaced the Speed Sensor same as the video and no luck, thanks!

Are you saying you put in the drive and the car does not move? are there any other codes from OBD2 code reader?

Same with mine. Will not deive forward but reverses ok. Any other ideas? No other codes

I WENT CHEAP AND BOUGHT ONE FROM AMAZON THE SPEED SENSOR THATS ONTOP ON THE TRANNY OR THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONE... DIDN'T SOLVE ANYTHING. MY SPEEDOMETER COMES ON AND OFF RAMDOMLY... COULD IT POSSIBLY BE THE FIRST SENSOR YOU MENTION AND WHAT IS IT CALLED?

@@ruffnready91the problem is actually a resistor that’s inside the speedometer. It sends the signal from the speed sensor to the computer. It only cost me a couple dollars but you have to remove the speedometer remove it and soldered a new one

I'd say I'd grab a junk yard cluster but mine is a stick shift v6 haven't seen one in years yet

Bc they rigged the new shaft just like everythg 2day why I bought a old car
