I'm back again with Part 9 of my 1995 Arctic Cat ZR 700 Repair Series! In today's video, "95 Arctic Cat ZR700 Part 9 || Electrical Issues Diagnosis [Spark]", I show the step by step how to test electrical components of a carbed engine that is showing odd intermittent spark issues... Put a less wattage headlight in it so it draws less current and you might be able to use them hand warmers

That's what I waa thinking. Maybe some LEDs? Got any good recommendations for the LEDs?

@@Fixin2Ride-Official- iam not sure what bulb you have in it right now so I could not recommend one. 1st I would try to unplug your light and then turn your hand/thumb warmers on to make sure that a draw is actually the issue I've been watching your videos on this sled build I don't recall u having this issue before when u 1st put that motor in the sled a few years back did u have the issue then?

Yes that's when I first rebuilt this entire machine. It didn't really show up at first because I was only farting around in the field by my house. But it did show up the first time we took it up north and we were about 20 miles into the trails.

Im sure I had the issue but I didnt realize it because I didnt use my heaters until I got out on the trails...
Hi! I want to ask for advice. I have a zl600 EFI SS 2001, but it replaced the injector with carburetors. I want to change it back. I found an injector only from 1999, is it suitable or not, what do you think? There is only electric nozzles and a throttle position sensor, in theory, should be the same... and there is no oil pump drive, but it can be connected to a gas cable

Youd have to ge the entire electricl system. Ecu, harness, sensors etc...

@@Fixin2Ride-Official- All systems are available and work as I understand it, electric fuel pump, ecu and everything else. The snowmobile was injector

So you're using an electric fuel pump with carburetors?

If you have everything there and everything's working just put the throttle body back on and you should be good to go
