Sweet ride. I’ve always liked the FXR’s. Been wanting one since I turned 16 back in ‘87. Have yet to get one.

All FXRs were 80”....82/83 were 80” Shovel. I like the windshield I was thinking of getting one and cutting it down a little for my 83 just to swap up the H-D clamshell fairing . Paints sweet

HD does know how to do paint very well. My 17 Dyna FB in Laguna Orange 🍊 is spotless even with the heavy flake.

Try using braided brake lines and maybe a caliper from a 2007 -2015 Dyna - you get them on ebay for cheap and they are better calipers but do not use an earlier one as they are crap.
