Thoughts: Im impressed. Honestly wasn't feeling 808 studio (old) sound without adding samples over it... this does it all in one BUT, this is much more organized and I was able to replace the bass in my current projects without doing much at all.. Ddin;t even adjust my mix bus and it sounded better than the 808s i had on before. 3 for 3 projects in a row. I like this. The ADSR is very responsive to the curve I set as well. Great job

i am having trouble activating 808 studio after purchasing the product, its saying that its in demo mode, but i deleted the demo more when i was instructed to

The LFO’s don’t sync here, they only trigger at 8/1 timing, the change frequency when not in sync, does anyone else have this? It’s the same for both AU and VST3 versions.

Ummm.... Because its brings Hulk & Juggernaut too your beats. This is just a 808 vst if you love heavy bass & 808s.

How do I create a loop point of my own samples like the preset "Iblis" does? EDIT: Figured it out!!! I thought it was internal. but I just have to make them in my DAW and drag the wav over.

exactly, you bake the loop point into your sample in before you export it in your daw

This is amazing! I have Heatup 3, now hear comes the question. Will l be able to get an offline activation license for my offline computer? Sublab l have on my laptop and not my offline computer because they don't support it. I will get this and leave Sublab behind if you do. I really like this. I like that it has a function to follow pitch. The other functions are 🔥 🔥 this is a dam game changer! 👉 5 stars!

I just bought this VST but I have some current projects that I did with some friends with the Old Ver of Studio 808, now it doesn't recognize or have sounds from the Old Ver of Studio 808!! Can you guys create a Bank with the Old Ver sounds?? Please I love this VST and I have current projects that I'm using this VST!!! Much Appreciated

Hey, 808 Studio is technically a different Plugin. I will not replace 808 Studio 1. Also the Setup does not have an effect to your first Version of 808 Studio. You shall not expect old Projects that have been created with 808 Studio to open with 808 Studio 2. If you have used 808 Studio in your Projects then you must Keep 808 Studio on your harddrive incase you want to recall These Projects at a later Point.

Is it still possible to purchase the first 808 Studio? I have projects from my old computer that used the first version that I’m trying to access.

Is there a specific root tuning that I have to have my "drag and drop" samples tuned to? C2, for example? Or does the VST detect sample tuning and adjust

How to make it sound from keyboard? I tried to push every key on keyboard - no sound - if I start it as standalone application. Can you help?

@initial audio how to get slides in fl studio? didnt find anything and unlike other vst i dont find the activate slide/glide knob, i saw the knobs you have but they dont change it doesnt slide :D

Bring in some portamento time and make sure that you "DO NOT" set a GLIDE NOTE in FL as you would do for a 808 sample. This is a fl internal feature, the info does not get sent to the plugin. If the notes just overlap, they will glide depending on the portamento amount you have set in 808 studio.

Simply drag a wav file into the sampler screen.

It won't show up in pro tools... I cant find any tutorials on routing anywhere. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Why does updating 808 studio 2 keep two versions on the PC? Can you show us step by step procedure how to update your products in general.

we have made changes to the installer in order to avoid exactly this issue in the future and give the ppl a overall better experience when installing / updating our plugins. so please manually delete the old dll from your plugins folder, the next time you update the plugin it will work as expected. sry about that

it seems to be a simple synthesis. it can be done with any wave sytnh in any DAW. nothing new. for the lazy consumer.
