I personally don't own any leather items or shoes that cost more than about $250 new. I don't have sentimental attachment to them. I have the luxury of being able to buy a new one and not look back, but others do not. For those who do feel attached, I am glad that Bedo is able to bring back their item to a usable condition, and quite often, restore them to a higher standard than the original manufacturer.

"You told me you wouldn't be able to make it look like new. You lied to me!" A true testament to your skill, experience and imagination! I'm not a bag restoration fan, but I never miss one from you!

Warmed my heart to hear about the costumer's mother. Great job, carries a lot of history and meaning.

You saved a family heirloom. These things matter as they are part of family history. You can be very proud of the work you did for the nice lady. Well done Steve!

I'd like to add to your fine comments that when something you value is restored, especially by your own hands it becomes yours again. Its value increases more than something you could buy. I see this when I work on my own cars.

She nailed your philosophy so well, You don't want to throw the stories away.

I appreciate the way you pounced on the phone. Potential customer doesnt have to be kept waiting for a video that can be edited or fast forwarded..

I love that you sharpen your razor blades! I do it to now! Hey those pennies add up!

Shaving razors can be stropped really easily too. That is worthwhile when you consider what Gillette charges for them.

It does!!! I was thinking it was going to throw something off but it looks incredible with the wider leather.

Her reaction gave me so much joy, because I know if she had that reaction her mother is going to be so emotional, giving someone their memories is such a gift. I just don’t think people realize what a gift that is.

The care & skill in which you execute your work makes it worth every penny.

This is a stunning restoration and the happy customer shows the value of a job done well.

When the customer is as happy as she was, its priceless and that is what you want! Well done.

I love listening to you because you teach us so much, I feel like I’m learning each time I watch your video, so I’m not “wasting time” on YT. That said, make your videos how you want Steve, they’re the bomb. Lol about your 5 finger discount, in the U.K., that means shoplifting. The lady,s reaction is priceless and that,s what I have been saying about restoring old things is not about the money is about the history of the item,like the lady said if you throw away the item you are throwing away the whole story and the memories.Good video Steve I like it.

When people are cranking blades get dull, they just do. Your very efficient if sharpen before and after every use. Your very disciplined. Me? ..........I’d have to carry my stone. You have a great day.
