Visiting Bill Cudney at his shop and learning what the benefits are to clutching the 800 etec Ski-Doo snowmobiles for off trail and on trail riding. My application is a 2016 Freeride 137 with 2.25 track.
REV XS/XM CLUTCH KIT - FOR TRA PRIMARY / QRS SECONDARY
Available for: 500ss, 600SDI, 600etec, 800R, 800etec engines.
Cudney Racing Clutch Kits include, a set of adjustable weight pins, a new primary spring, a new secondary spring, a new teflon coated qrs helix, instruction kit and decal.

Glad he was using a giant 1/2 drive drill for those little allens. Lol. Even though I’ve done this a 1000 times I like to watch the videos because it seems more often than not there are tips and tricks learned upon the way. Thanks for sharing!

+Lucrestyle Well your ahead of me! My sled is in a storage locker till Nov 1st, and then I need to some some repairs and clutch kit is on the list for this yr.

if i want to power an airprop for an airboat can the clutch work? for example, if the engine is loaded with a high pitch prop which normally prevents the motor from achieving max rpm while stationary(static rpm), would the clutch transfer torque so that the engine will achieve max rpm at full throttle from dead slow to top speed?

i would think that would be possible, however i'm not sure its the best option.. i would think a gear box would be better and more reliable... after all when a snowmobile belt gets wet the snowmobile sinks!

My bikes are getting some 2016 updates and will be ready to roll once the snow flys. We stay at H and H resort. Right at the trails. You will love the timbersleds. They are unreal. And they don't get stuck. Well. Almost never. But when they do it is super easy to get them out.
