@@FunFactsGame Its a down payment about 35k for a 80k-150k place, then 6-1yr to pay all the rest of the 80-150k. That the usual standard some less time some more then its yours.

That was one of the best equipped gyms I've seen so far.

Must quote prices!! Even if it's not 100 percent correct because it saves customers time ! Guesswork doesn't cut it! The bigger condos look great. Compliments from Australia!

I was surprised the window in the first condo bedroom, didnt extend to the floor. All the other rooms looked great...

Problem is I can't find a reasonable way to stay long term in Thailand for those of us under age 50. No easy Visas. Let me know if you do!
