Great presentation as always. What I can't understand is why, in many cases, the washing machine is in the kitchen. Bringing dirty underwear and socks to the kitchen is not what I expect from a 2023 kitchen. And it is also not practical. Why not make the 3 square meter shower half the size and make room for a washer/dryer setup? A dishwasher is more appropriate in the kitchen in my opinoin. Looking forward to you next video.

@offthebratenpath1625, Couldn't Agree More! IMO, I Think The Washing Machine In The Kitchen Is From European (Specifically British Influence). Also, I Was Informed That Thais View Dryers As Impractical. However, Alot Of These Properties Certainly Have Room For Stackable, Combo Washer/Dryer But Unfortunately, Finding Units With Them Is Very Rare.

There is virtually no closet space.

Nice floor plans, nice size units very good color schemes. A map would be helpful. Does this project offer any ground floor units with direct pool access?

So weird….you have central ducted a/c in most of house..then in the bedrooms you have mini splits…very odd! Beautiful condo and well presented by you! ❤

Probably saves on air conditioning costs. Just need AC on in bedroom when sleeping.

they are both split systems one is just built in air handler with access door

No clothes dryer, and people able to afford these are going to need four more clothes closets. Beautiful view though.

Central air-conditioning is better 👍

This is located about 25 minutes North of Pattaya. There is nothing around... and I mean nothing. Biggest problem is the bugs... the cheap chinese doors/slider windows the developer used have no seals at the bottom or tops of the doors. So expect plenty of critters. There is a drainage river and holding pond behind the building so that adds to lots of insects as well.

For the 2 bedroom, not a great place for the refrigerator. I would square off the corner and put the refrigerator there.

This was a great video. I live in Phoenix Arizona, but I’ll be visiting Pattaya this summer. My plan is to start living over there about at least six months out of the year. I wasn’t sure if I was going to rent or buy but after seeing this condo I’m very interested in buying. That’s an amazing price for what you get. Is it possible to just give me a rough estimate of what the monthly utilities would run me there. Having the washing machine in the kitchen would take some getting used to, but I think I could do it. Lol thank you for the great video.
