I couldn’t afford this in any way shape or form, but for what you get, the prices are actually reasonable. In the states those would be 5 million dollar homes (at least). But you can tell she was genuinely blown away by these condos. So was I, absolutely beautiful places to live.

Given that it is ocean front, that would be far more than 5 mil in USA. However most people who can afford $1.5 mil dollars would probably just go live like a baller in the USA.

@@gabe1784 Exactly, if I'm a baller, I'd be paying $10M to live in Wongamat. Because that is the real price of this condo. It's way undervalued for a sunset view, all its amenities, its build, and NO ROAD in front. Where else can you get that in the world year-round beach temps at that?

I'm SURE if you buy the condo and invite her to live there she wouldn't turn you down! She was more excited about the property than I was which makes her a good promotional sales lady.

How much is the Penthouse to purchase and to lease long term? Is a daily cleaning service available?
