Weird Thai Street Food Tour in Thailand 2018: Thai Food Reaction. Taste Testing Bizarre Foods
There is so much Thai street food in Thailand and Thailand is known for being one of the best places in the world for eating street food. In this video my wife and I take you on a tour of the bizarre street food at a food market in Thailand to find some things I have deliberately avoided, as well as a few I do like and show our reaction.
This market is the Tuesday and Saturday Market (Talad Nad Na Tesaban - ตลาดนัดหน้าเทศบาล) in Krabi Town in Krabi Thailand, its at Google Maps: goo.gl/maps/XZqyEMA46pKF72DT9
Open 3pm till 7pm every Tuesday and Saturday.
Check out my recent video: 5 Thai Street Food You Should Eat in 2018 here:
• Thai Street Food Tour ...
All of the dishes in this video are very common as Thai street food, but you will also find many of them at Thai restaurants. You’ll find Thai street food on many street corners in Thailand, as well as at every market, be it in Krabi, Phuket, Bangkok or Pattaya. Thai food has taken many influences from Chinese food so you will find many familiar flavours. Thai food markets and night markets are some of the best places to buy fresh and authentic Thai food while you travel in Thailand. There are loads of Thai food markets and night market all over Thailand, you’re never far from one. At the markets you'll find so many Thai dishes on offer and the foods here are cheap, and so tasty! And in case you’re worried, eating Thai street food is perfectly safe. It’s what the locals eat and it is cooked fresh and sold quickly. I’ve been eating it nearly daily since April 2012 in Thailand and my friends who have been to visit and tour Thailand have all eaten it, and none of us have had any problems. Thai street food is some of the best Thai food you’ll find in Thailand!

The markets in Thailand are also a great place to get an insight into Thai culture while you travel in Thailand. You can shop alongside the locals and learn what they buy and eat. And the markets are a great place to try traditional Thai street foods, learn Thai recipes and cooking, as well as eat some of the best Thai dishes in Thailand. You'll see the people cooking the food right in front of you. And best of all, the food is cheap, often much cheaper than eating in a Thai restaurant. Eating at markets is a good way to eat cheap on your Thailand holidays.
Check out my Phuket Street Food Guide here:
• Phuket Street Food: Th...
Make sure you check out some Thai food markets on your trip to Thailand, and don't miss the amazing Thai street food that's available in Thailand! If you want to try some of the most delicious food in the world be sure to visit Thailand!
Subscribe for more videos on what to eat in Thailand. I post new Thailand food and travel videos and vlogs every week about Thailand: places to see, things to do, tours, Thai food, Thailand markets, Thai festivals & culture, street food, Thai recipes, eating Thai food, hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants, Thailand holidays, tourism, accommodation & Thailand travel, including Phuket, Ao Nang, Krabi and other Thailand destinations.
Krabi is about 2-3 hours from Phuket by land or sea, and has world class accommodation standards comparable to what you find in Phuket hotels and resorts, but in a more relaxed environment. If you're looking into Thailand hotels have a look at hotels and resorts in Krabi.

The best parts of this vid were seeing Aorn and Ananda, the faces you made !, your cameraman and editing, and that it's over ROFLMBO. I'm happy you've done it, but now I don't need to see THAT stuff again LOL. Mark Wiens and The Food Ranger swear by beef tongue. They say it is the most tender, perfect non fatty meat...especially for tacos where it can really be appreciated (and prolly provided it is cooked correctly?) Offal just doesn't work for me, ever. My fav word is BACON lol. Thanks, another great one Darren

Hahaha, yes, I don't need to try most of that stuff again, the chicken insides I do enjoy though. The tongue did seem to be devoid of fat, but it didn't seem overly tender. I'm with you on the bacon!!! Glad you enjoyed the vid, thanks for watching Missy B!

FYI, soy chicken feet is my favorate and my half white westernized kids love them too. In addition, in Laos most of those boney foods are refered to as "man food" (translated). I love them all. Everything from grilled marinated duck bones, necks, heads, feets, etc. Yummmmm ....

I had chicken feet for breakfast several times in China. Not much meat on them, but they are tasty. My older brother loved fried chicken necks and backs. I'm not really a fan of intestines of any sort. I can do them, but it helps if I'm really hungry and have a cold beer or three to wash 'em down. 🙂

I live in the US and tried all those. Can't wait to try them in Thailand. The chicken feet looks dry. Although all delicious if you know how to cook them.

Well you took one for the team Darren. Thank you! I like chewing the meat off chicken necks, not much there but its tasty. Ive had BBQ'd chicken hearts Greek style, i didn't mind them. I have a question, where did you learn to speak Thai? Did you go to classes or just picked it up as you went?

  • @darrenb3

Yes, you're right on the chicken necks. I'd like to try Greek style chicken hearts, I do like the Thai style ones grilled on sticks. I picked up Thai as I went, listening, asking questions and KZread videos were also very helpful. There are some great Thai teachers on KZread, for example Mod kzread.info/dron/xf3zYDZw9NjUllgsCGyBmg.html and Kru Wee kzread.info

The ice cream that your son got are the best ice cream in Thailand. I prefer street ice cream then store ice cream. I don't like any internal organ or head because of less meat in the head and internal organ are not my thing. love your video. trying different stuff each week.
