Our tentative timeline is 4-6 months. Let’s see if we can make it happen! Also, is there a dominant NFL team in Lubbock, like the Cowboys or the Texans? Or does Texas Tech mostly overshadow the NFL? Whenever I visit my family in upstate New York, every store and restaurant is plastered with Bills paraphernalia. I’ve also been known to occasionally wear a Bills jersey myself lol.

I'm a Teacher from Houston and am looking for some place in Texas to "semi-retire" in. Looking for a dryer climate with colder winters and a small town feel. Is Lubbock a good match?
