I'm transferring from NY to Lubbock through my job ( born in Florida so No..... not a NY'er!!!!!) I've been to some cities in Tx and it really does have the best people. It's the main reason in the decision to settle there. It'll be about 6 months before I move but am looking forward to it. Can't wait to see some cows☺️💪💪

I love Lubbocks food and their Mall I live out in the Midland Odessa area so I'm not far from you and we love making Weekend trips out to Lubbock

Problem is the high crime love Lubbock but its a fact

I was contacted by Henry and he sent me some pretty cool homes, I’m in Odessa and my only thing is taxes seem to have spiked up tremendously this year. Is there any indication that it may drop back down? In Odessa you can find some similar homes at the 3500-to 4500 and in Lubbock they seem almost 1500-2000 raise ? Just wondering 🧐

Choochai blows Thai Pepper out of the water. It is by the 7-11 down on 19th and University near TTU. I've been going for around 20 years, and the same person has made the food EVERY SINGLE TIME.

There are A LOT hospitals here! Healthcare is pretty good, and there’s many specialists here. Just do a lot research if you’re considering to see one, other than that it’s pretty good.

Thanks for the information and the videos. My husband has a job interview for a position in Wolfforth. We currently live by the coast so it would be a big change. Your videos helped up get an idea of the area with out the extra driving.

The crime here largely depends where you are. On the west side of Lubbock it’s the ghetto and crime is extremely high! Teravista Middle School is shutting down due to families moving out of the ghetto because of how bad it is. Because in the west side there has been a lot shootings, kidnaps, robbery, vandalized property, break ins, stolen vehicles, etc. BUT if you do come to Lubbock, a rule thumb is if you see a child of 1-10 years or an abandoned pet or injured pet call the cops. Don’t help the them, just observe from a safe distance because that is bait for any kind hearted soul to get kidnapped. This isn’t to scare you, this is just so you know and don’t end up in any nasty situations.

You know someone will rob you or scam you
