Have you ever looked at Chinese and think that they look so much younger than their age? Today we are going to reveal 8 Chinese foods and after eating them, you will look younger and more beautiful too! / cicili
1. Goji is rich in carotene, vitamin A, B1, B2, C and calcium and iron. It can increase the skin’s ability to absorb nutrients. It has anti-aging, aniti-wrinkle, and whitening’s capabilities.
2. Red Dates have lots of Vitamin A, B1, B2, protein, calcium, and iron. They help to replenish blood and therefore have a beautiful glowing skin. There’s a saying in Chinese, “一日食仨棗,百歲不顯老”。 It means that if you eat 3 red dates a day, even when you turn 100 years old, you will still look pretty young.
3. White wood ear mushroom have lots of protein, 16 types of amino acids, vitamin B complex, calcium, and collagen. They can effectively nourish the skin. They also have a healing effect on an uneven tone skin and help to improve freckles and dark spots.
4. Chinese pearl barley is rich in protein and vitamin E. When you eat it regularly you will have a radiant skin. It also helps to reduce acne, dark spots, and swelling.

    Kimchi (or paocai) and any of the Japanese nebaneba foods (yamaimo, natto, raw egg) are excellent especially over rice :) okra and mountain veggies like bamboo shoots too

    The bird's nest is actually from the saliva of the swallo (bird) the best is the nest with blood . The swallo vomited so hard that they actually die to make her nest. They are mostly found in the high cliff of Indonesia.

    hello there :-) I know what Bird Nest is made of :-) It's actually bird's spit :-) I've tried it a lot so I like it alot :-) Please tell me where I can find that unusual mushroom?     Asian stores usually have them. If you have a China town near by, the grocery there definitely will have them. You can also shop online on Asian stores. There is a new on called Weee. I haven't shopped with them, but they seem to have everything.

    Ha! they didn't tell what bird's nest is!!! hahahaah It's solidified bird spit! LOL. and it's really expensive. They call the white wood ear mushrooms poor man's bird's nest because of similar properties with lower price. I want to try the real bird's nest one day. :)

    The "barley" in question is known in America as Job's Tears. It's gluten free. :9 Bird's nest is bird spit. I'll stick to white fungus. XD
