I also thought the guy would steal but apparently, there are some introverts who are just honest and shy and are more afraid of the other stealing. He was so concentrated on what she will say because he knew from the beginning he would go with split and just didn't even think of proving it to her, he just wanted to make sure she did the right thing.

Well that makes you the greedy and dishonest one. That also makes you incredibly petty, not only don't you want to lose but you don't want your opponent to win. If your opponent had your mentality then you'd both walk away with nothing.

Sick of Everything it makes me neither greedy not dishonest if I tell them that straight up that I'm going to steal and split later and I stick to it (unlike the guy in the other video who decided to split anyway for some reason). up to them to decide. Also, it's not petty to wish that a greedy and dishonest person won't make money off your loss.

Its actually often dangerous to be so believable. If you are so believable in convincing your opponent that you are going to split, then it is so very tempting for them to choose the steal because they know you will split. I thought that the guy was going to steal and he was pretty sure that she would split, but I reckon he changed his mind and did the right thing to split.

People calling him shady and saying he was going to steal before she talked about her daughter when he was looking most squirrelly after he had already picked. Poor guy probably got bullied in school cause of idiots reading way too far into his body language. I can't really fault people though cause before I read the book "The language of interrogation and deception" by veteran forensics linguistic Roger Shuy I would've probably thought the same thing. But even interrogators now commonly accept body language alone is a terrible indicator of truthfulness without verifiable inconsistency across multiple samples. If you want to know who is gonna steal listen for this "I have been honest the whole way here" or "we've been such a great team we worked so well" There's your tell
